Contact Frank	Frank D. Prestia, JD Principal & Designated Broker Mr. Frank D. Prestia purchased his first investment property in 1991 and has been actively involved in the real estate market as an owner, investor, developer, landlord, broker, and owner of a real estate Investment Company and Real Estate brokerage. Frank graduated Summa Cum Laude (Highest Honors) and as Top Graduating Philosophy Major as an undergraduate and on the Real Property Law Society from St. John's University School of Law School in 1996. Frank has been published in the New York State Real Property Law Journal and is past President of his law school's Justinian Law Society Alumni Association. Frank is licensed with the State of Washington as a real estate instructor for continuing education credits, as well as a member of the Commercial Brokers Association, NorthWest Multiple Listing Service, Washington State Bar Association and King County Bar Association’s Real Property Section.
Contact Rosanna	Rosanna Prestia, MBA "FIVE STAR AGENT"- Seattle Magazine Principal & Associated Broker Ms. Rosanna Prestia grew up in a family of real estate investors, which helped her develop a keen “eye” for investment opportunities and effective strategies for maximizing a property’s earning potential. Rosanna earned her MBA with a specialization in commercial real estate from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and received her Bachelors of Science with highest honors in Decision Information Sciences. Prior to forming Prestia Group, Rosanna worked together with Frank as an executive with their real estate investment company and on her own as an agent with a local real estate brokerage. In 2006 Seattle Magazine selected Rosanna as a FIVE STAR Real Estate Agent. Rosanna is currently a member of the Commercial Brokers Association and NorthWest Multiple Listing Service
Contact Lisa	Lisa Chiang, JD Senior Associate Ms. Lisa Chiang’s passion for real estate investments originated from her upbringing in a family of investors which has taught her to understand a client's needs from all perspectives of a transaction. Furthermore, her expertise as an estates and trusts attorney fosters effective representation of a decedent’s real estate interests at a time when families may lack clarity and focus. Lisa graduated from Johns Hopkins University with a degree in natural sciences and from Lewis and Clark Law School, where she obtained a JD with a certificate in natural resource and environmental law and was a recipient of the Dean’s Fellowship Scholarship and Pro Bono Honors Award. She is a member of the King County and Washington State Bar Associations, including the real property, probate and trust sections and previously served as the speaker liaison for Washington Women Real Estate Lawyers.
Contact Dannette	Dannette Bianco Associate Ms. Dannette Bianco was born, raised and educated exclusively in the Seattle Washington area. Dannette has been involved in numerous real estate transactions in Western Washington's real estate market for over 2 decades. Her experience, passion and dedication for real estate have motivated her to form a tremendous network from which to assist her clients to accomplish their real estate goals.
	Mr. Pluto Mascot & Disgruntled Associate Mr. Pluto has had difficulty adapting to the real estate industry. He only cares about the square footage of lawns rather than the actual building structure. He also prefers to work on a fee basis rather than commissions: one liver treat per hour and you are responsible for any clean-up. He is available to come for appointments on a first come, first serve basis. Most of all, Mr. Pluto provides a brief moment of comic relief in a very serious industry.
